WINForms® software is C.A.R. real estate forms on a computer. WINForms® Desktop stores the forms and your transactions on your computer or on the network server at your real estate office.

WINForms® Desktop is ideal for users who work on transactions alone from a laptop computer because their transactions are always available. It is not ideal for multiple computers at different locations because files are not synchronized.

C.A.R. members can download the latest version of WINForms® Desktop from the C.A.R. website.

WINForms® Desktop requires periodic updates to the C.A.R. forms library which are downloaded from the internet. Forms updates are typically published in January, April, and October. Users are prompted to check for updates when they open WINForms® Desktop. ZipForm® is the name used for WINForms® outside of California.
