This approach makes it easy for users to refer back to my materials to find the exact steps needed to complete their current task without having to scan through chapters in a traditional manual.

Many students prefer instructor led classes because the instructor can answer questions and a class setting promotes attention and retention. I am available to provide on site instructor led classes using the same task driven approach.
